Citywide HPOZ Ordinance

City of Los Angeles Ordinance Number 175891, found in Section 12.20.3 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, describes the procedures for creation of new Historic Preservation Overlay Zones (HPOZs), the powers and duties of HPOZ Boards, and the review processes for projects within HPOZs.
