This page gives an overview of the status of SurveyLA neighborhood by neighborhood. Survey work is divided up by the Community Plan Areas (CPAs) created by the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. The 35 CPAs in the City of Los Angeles are listed below in alphabetical order with maps to illustrate their boundaries. Click on a link to see the status of SurveyLA in that area. You can look up which CPA you live in by entering your address into ZIMAS and clicking on the "Jurisdictional" button on the left side of your screen. Although field surveys are complete in some areas, we are still interested in historic place suggestions across the City. To find out how to share a historic place suggestion please visit our MyHistoricLA page.
