The Cultural Heritage Commission

The five-member Cultural Heritage Commission is the mayoral-appointed body that oversees the designation and protection of local landmarks. The Commission usually meets twice a month to comment on proposed or existing Historic-Cultural Monuments, conduct site visits and complete other duties. The Office of Historic Resources provides staff support to the Commission.
